冬はスキー・スノーボードのゲストでにぎわうシーズンワーク、
オフシーズンは旅をしたり、他の仕事や勉強に時間を使ったり。

🍳 募集ポジション / Positions
■ キッチンマネージメントができるシェフ
💴 報酬：経験・能力により決定（目安：日給10,000円前後〜）
メニュー提案、仕入れ、調理の管理など、キッチン全体をまとめていただきます。
調理経験者・チームワークを大切にできる方歓迎。
■ サブマネージャー・オールラウンドスタッフ
💴 報酬：経験・スキルにより決定（目安：日給8,000円前後〜）
フロント、客室清掃、カフェバー、調理補助など幅広くサポート。
アルバイトからスタートし、契約スタッフ・リピーターとして活躍可能。
🧭 応募条件 / Requirements
- 日本語での日常会話・接客ができる方（ビジネスレベル歓迎）
- 日本で有効な就労ビザをお持ちの方
- 普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方（通勤・業務で必要な場合あり）
- チームワークを大切にし、責任を持って働ける方
- 毎年シーズンごとに戻ってきてくれる方、大歓迎！

Founded in August 1973, Lodge Scole is a classic European-style, family-run lodge located just next to the Zao Onsen Ski Resort in Yamagata, Japan.
For over 50 years, we’ve welcomed guests from around the world with warmth, good food, and genuine hospitality.
We are pet-friendly (you’ll meet our lovely Great Pyrenees, Yuki!), and we take pride in our cozy, family-like atmosphere.

🍳 Positions Available
Chef / Kitchen Manager
💴 Pay depends on experience and skills (around ¥10,000/day or more)
Responsible for menu planning, purchasing, and kitchen management.
We welcome those who enjoy teamwork and creativity in cooking.
Sub-Manager / All-round Staff
💴 Pay depends on experience and skills (around ¥8,000/day or more)
Assist with front desk, room cleaning, café-bar, and general lodge operations.
You can start part-time and grow into a trusted seasonal or contract position.
🧭 Requirements
- Valid working visa in Japan
- Conversational to business-level Japanese required
- Valid driving license in Japan (for commuting or errands)
- Responsible, cooperative, and guest-oriented attitude
- We especially welcome staff who return every season and grow with us!
