Lodge Scole (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) recognizes the importance of protecting the personal information of our Customers and Employees and has established the following personal information protection policy in order to guarantee that security.

MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

TThe Hotel commits to keeping the personal information of our Customers and Staff accurate and up to date, and to institute procedures to prevent the unauthorized access, loss of, damage to, alteration, and leakage of personal information, and to undertake employee training so as to maintain and manage strict protection of personal information.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Hotel may utilize information provided by Customers for correspondence related to the Hotel’s business only. This includes answering Customer inquiries and sending documents and emails.

PROHIBITION ON DISCLOSURE OR PROVISION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

The Hotel will strive to ensure that Customers’s personal information is properly managed and will not disclose that information to any third parties unless a Customer (or Customers) specifically authorizes the Hotel to do so.

AUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

The Hotel may disclose Customer’s personal information to third parties if and only if (1) the Customer specifically requests and authorizes the Hotel to do so or (2) such information must be disclosed in accordance with any requirement of laws, regulations, police investigations or court actions.

SAFETY MEASURES FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Hotel undertakes all reasonable measures necessary for the sake of accuracy and protection of personal information.

INQUIRY OF THE PERSON IN QUESTION

The Hotel will, at the request of any Customer and following verification of legitimacy of the request, remove or modify said Customer’s information from the Hotel database.

LAWS AND REGULATIONS, COMPLIANCE AND REVIEW OF NORMS

The Hotel certifies that it operates in accordance with the laws and regulations in effect in Japan so as to insure the protection of personal information. The Hotel commits to review and improve its privacy policies as necessitated by revisions to the aforementioned laws and regulations.
